摘要：大柴胡汤为小柴胡汤合小承气汤化裁而成，和解少阳，通下里实，广泛应用于消化系统疾病。本文介绍临床运用大柴胡汤加减治疗原发性肝癌相关的黄疸、肝功能异常、发热等病症，每获良效，可为临床提供借鉴。
