摘要：甘草具“解百草毒”之功，常在组方中起解毒、调和诸药的作用。中医药现代研究应用中，甘草解毒作用研究显得尤为重要。本文归纳甘草解毒古籍记载，并从解毒作用、解毒机制方面对相关现代研究进行整理，为甘草解毒后续研究及应用提供参考。
