摘要：目的 优选金蕾复方醇提工艺条件。方法 以金蕾复方药液对胆汁淤积小鼠模型的干预效果为指标筛选最佳提取溶媒，以当药黄素、当药醇苷含量及干膏率为综合考察指标，采用L9(34)正交试验对料液比、提取时间、提取次数进行优化，筛选最佳提取工艺参数。结果 金蕾复方醇提最佳工艺条件为：以70%乙醇为提取溶剂，料液比为1∶8，提取时间为1 h，提取次数为2次。结论 本试验优选的提取工艺保证了金蕾复方的药效，简单合理、稳定可行，可用于该制剂的工业化生产。
