摘要：目的 获得玄参药材及饮片有机氯农药残留概貌，建立玄参有机氯农药残留的限量标准。方法 采用快速气相色谱法检测全国范圍内10个代表产地的玄参药材及7个产地(30批次)玄参饮片中21种有机氯农药残留量，考察99%置信区间，制定玄参有机氯农药残留的限量标准。结果 玄参样品中21种有机氯农药残留量为0.000 1～0.077 7 μg/g，其中六六六、七氯、硫丹占农药残留总量的93%～96%，拟定了玄参中有机氯农药残留国家限量标准。结论 玄参中有机氯农药残留主要为六六六、七氯、硫丹，制定的玄参有机氯农药残留限量标准为总有机氯≤0.700 μg/g。
