摘要：化疗诱导周围神经病变降低患者生活质量，西医尚缺乏明确有效的防治方法，中医外治法具有不良反应少、安全性高等独特优势。本文归纳总结了中医外治法(针灸、中药熏洗、中药敷贴等)在防治化疗诱导周围神经病变方面的应用。

    Abstract： Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) reduces life quality of patients， and there is still a lack of clear and effective prevention and treatment in Western medicine. TCM external treatment has unique advantages with few side effects and high safety. This article summarized the application of TCM external treatment (acupuncture， TCM fumigation and TCM acupoint application) in prevention and treatment of CIPN.
