摘要：脊髓损伤可导致损伤节段以下肢体严重的功能障碍，严重者可累及呼吸、泌尿系统，甚至危及生命。研究表明，中药治疗脊髓损伤临床疗效显著且不良反应少。本文从抑制炎症反应、促进神经营养因子分泌、抑制脂质过氧化反应、改善微循环、抑制细胞凋亡和促进神经细胞再生等方面对近5年中药治疗脊髓损伤的相关机制研究文献进行归纳和总结，为今后研究提供思路。
