poststernal burning pain and gastroscopy in the the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05); After treatment, the above scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the levels of gastrin, motilin, total superoxide dismutase significantly increased, and the levels of malondialdehyde and nitric oxide were significantly reduced after treatment in the two groups (P<0.05); After treatment, the levels of gastrin, motilin, and total superoxide dismutase in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the levels of malondialdehyde and nitric oxide were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05), and the recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Qingwei Jiangni Prescription combined with Western routine therapy is effective in treating RE patients with liver-stomach depression-heat syndrome. It can improve TCM syndrome score and gastroscopy scores of patients, regulate the expressions of gastrointestinal hormone and oxidative stress index of esophageal mucosa, with high safety and low recurrence rate.
