黑顺片质量标准研究(1)

     摘要：目的 完善黑順片质量评价方法，为其质量监控提供参考。方法 采用薄层色谱法对不同产地黑顺片进行定性鉴别;参照2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》通则方法测定黑顺片的水分、灰分、浸出物及农药残留;采用滴定法对黑顺片的钙离子含量进行测定。结果 不同产地黑顺片薄层色谱斑点清晰，分离度好;拟定黑顺片中水分不得过14.0%，总灰分不得过6.0%，酸不溶灰分不得过1.0%，水溶性浸出物不得少于8.0%，钙离子含量为130～280 μmol/g;11批四川江油黑顺片均未检出9种有机氯类农药残留。结论 本研究建立的方法专属性强，操作简单，重复性好，可为黑顺片的质量评价提供依据。

Study on Quality Standards of Heishunpian

    Abstract： Objective To optimize a quality evaluation method for Heishunpian; To provide references for the quality control of Heishunpian. Methods Heishunpian from different producing areas were examined by TLC for qualitative identification. According to Pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China (2015 version)， the moisture， ash content， extraction and pesticide residues of Heishunpian were determined; The content of calcium ion of Heishunpian was determined by titration. Results The spots of Heishunpian from different producing areas were clear and the separation degree was good. The contents of moisture ≤14.0%， total ash ≤6.0%， acid-insoluble ash ≤1.0%， water-soluble extract ≥8.0% and the content of calcium ion should be 130–280 μmol/g. Nine organochlorine pesticides were not detected in 11 batches of Heishunpian from Jiangyou in Sichuan Province.
