【摘 要】 目的 观察牵引推拿并电针理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症(以下简称LDH)的治疗效果，探讨LDH中西医保守疗法的综合运用模式。方法 采用牵引推拿和电针理疗综合方法，对50例LDH患者进行治疗观察，并以单纯牵引推拿组及电针理疗组各50例作对照，治疗结束时评定疗效，统计数据经Ridit分析法处理。结果 综合治疗组治愈显效率86%，总有效率98%；牵引推拿组分别为68%、94%；电针理疗组分别为62%、90%。综合治疗组明显优于两对照组(χ2=14.93，P<0.01)。 结论牵引推拿并电针理疗综合运用治疗LDH能显著提高治疗效果，具有较高的临床应用价值。
