【摘 要】 目的 探讨不同年龄对颈部动脉结构的影响。方法 对1 296例健康查体者分组进行颈部血管检查。结果 颈总动脉内-中膜(IMT)随年龄的增加而逐渐增厚，同龄组性别无明显差异。颈动脉粥样硬化斑块随年龄的增加斑块发生率明显增高。结论 超声检查是评价颈动脉血管硬化的有效方法。

    【Abstract】Objective To probe the effects of different ages on carotid artery structure.Methods Examination on the cervical blood vessels of 1296 healthy people was conducted. ResultsIntima-media thickness (IMT) of common carotid artery gradually increases following the increase of age.There are no significant difference between male and female at the same age. With the increase of age, the incidence of atherosclerotic plaque significantly increases. Conclusion Ultrasonic examination is an effective way to evaluate carotid atherosclerosis.
