【摘 要】 目的 探讨左心瓣膜钙化在健康体检人群的患病情况及其相关因素。方法 回顾分析760例无心脏瓣膜疾病人群的超声心动图资料。结果 检出左心瓣膜钙化者127例,随年龄增长而增加,且主动脉瓣受累率增高,与高血压、肥胖等因素相关密切。结论 瓣膜钙化者应尽量避免导致疾病发展的相关因素。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the prevalence and its correlation factors of left heart valve calcification in healthy population.MethodsEchocardiographic data on 760 patients with no heart valve diseases were analyzed retrospectivly.Results127 cases were found with left heart valve calcification.With the growth of the age,the aortic involvement rate was increased.The cases with left heart valve calcification were often complicated with hypertension ,obesity and other factors.ConclusionPeople with valve calcification should try to avoid some etiological factors.
