超声检查在健康体检中的应用

【摘要】 目的 调查分析超声在健康体检人群肝、胆、胰、脾、双肾、子宫及前列腺检查中的应用,说明超声检查在健康体检中的重要性。方法 从2006—2008年兰州军区临潼疗养院健康体检资料中,整群抽取21岁以上完成全部项目检查并且资料完整的14 351例,分析不同年龄组体检人群疾病的检出率。结果 本次共检出病人4 442例,检出率30.95%,其中1 253例同时检出两种或两种以上疾病,占8.73%。脂肪肝的检出率最高(4.98%),其次是胆结石(3.72%),另外,在男性体检者中前列腺增生检出率高达6.40%,女性体检者中子宫肌瘤检出率为3.62%。结论 超声检查是脂肪肝、胆结石、前列腺增生、子宫肌瘤等疾病的首选方法,其诊断率高,在健康体检中是首选及重点检查项目。
