【摘要】 目的 调查无锡疗养区景观疗养因子特点及作用。方法 收集分析近年来无锡疗养区景观疗养因子研究资料,对其作用进行综合分析。结果 无锡疗养区景观疗养因子在调节心理平衡、消除疲劳、增强体质等方面起重要作用,并对神经、呼吸、消化、心血管、血液、免疫、代谢等系统疾病具有预防保健和促进康复的作用。结论 无锡疗养地气候温和,景观疗养因子丰富,具有低山地、泉水、太湖、景观、森林疗养地的特点。在该疗养地机体受多种景观疗养因子的综合作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics and effects of landscape convalescent factors in Wuxi sanitarium.Methods Research data on landscape convalescent factors in Wuxi for the past few years were collected and analyzed.Results The landscape convalescent factors in Wuxi sanitarium played an important role in regulating mental balance,allaying tiredness and strengthening physique,which had effects of prevention and health care and promoting rehabilitation on diseases of nervous system,respiratory system,digestive system,cardiovascular system,hematological system,immune system and metabolism.Conclusion Wuxi salutarium has mild climate and is rich in natural convalescent factors,which is characterized with lower mountains,spring,the tai lake,landscape and forest.The body can be affected by various types of landscape convalescent factors. ......
