摘要阿尔茨海默病目前缺乏有效的治疗方法，胆碱酯酶抑制剂和N-甲基-D-门冬氨酸受体拮抗剂可部分改善临床症状，但其它在研药物尚未显示有明显疗效。免疫治疗取得一些研究进展，但仍有待临床验证。本文概要介绍近年来阿尔茨海默病治疗药物的研究进展。
