摘要：系统阐述糖尿病视网膜病变的基础与临床，分析了我国糖尿病视网膜病变防治的现状，并就健全社区糖尿病视网膜病变防治网络、引入健康管理理念开展糖尿病视网膜病社区防治提出个人看法，为社区糖尿病视网膜病变防治工作指明方向。
