摘 要 目的：建立清肺消炎丸中胆酸含量的测定方法。方法：采用比色法，以硫酸溶液显色，检测波长为385 nm。结果：清肺消炎丸中胆酸的含量限度为不低于0.31 mg/粒，胆酸浓度在0.104 2～0.795 8 mg/ml范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9， n=5)，平均回收率为99.29% (RSD=0.32%， n=6)。结论：该法简便、快速、稳定、可靠，可用于测定清肺消炎丸中胆酸的含量。
