摘 要 1例高龄患者在因发生急性胃穿孔和急性腹膜炎而施行剖腹探查和乙结肠近端造瘘术后出现由多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌引起的肺炎，临床药师协助临床医师制定治疗方案并选择合理、有效的抗感染药物，挽救了患者的生命。临床药师及时提供临床药学服务可获得良好的效果。
