    Establishment of the internal control system of performance in an enterprise

    ABSTRACT This paper attempts to discuss, from Sinopharm’s perspectives, how to build a model of internal control system of performance for a pharmaceutical distribution enterprise, to identify core performance indicators, and meanwhile to explore the potential solutions and control policies so as to maximize the comprehensive benefits of an enterprise.
