摘 要 胆石病是外科常见病，胆石病研究模型的建立和完善对疾病的诊断及防治具有重要意义。本文综述胆石病研究中应用较多的体内外模型的建立和作用。

    Research progress in experimental model of cholelithiasis

    ABSTRACT Cholelithiasis is a common disease. The experimental models including vivo and vitro are important in management of cholelithiasis. This article reviews the establishement and role of the experimental models which are widely used in scientific research of cholelithiasis.
