摘 要 考试焦虑是影响学生考试成绩和身心健康的重要因素之一，是目前我国中学生群体中普遍存在的一种心理情绪障碍，受到心理工作者和教育工作者的广泛关注。考试焦虑的研究历史悠久，本文概述考试焦虑的概念、测量工具、影响因素及干预方法。
