摘 要 脑瘫是一种致残率极高的疾病，需终生进行康复训练。随着越来越多的脑瘫儿童进入学校学习，大龄脑瘫儿童及其家长更需得到社会的关心和支持。在社区层面，需要将大龄脑瘫儿童的医疗康复服务延伸到学校，从而保证康复治疗的持续性和长期性，提高脑瘫儿童参与和适应社会的能力。
