摘 要 治疗性血液成分单采是通过手工操作或血细胞分离机对患者血液进行病理成分分离和去除(或置换)达到治疗或辅助治疗目的。该法作为难治病和重症的有效治疗手段，已被临床应用于多种疾病的治疗，具有可靠、安全、操作简便的优点。本文介绍治疗性血液成分单采疗效肯定的适应证及治疗方法。
