闸北区家庭医生中医药服务现状调查(1)
摘 要 目的：了解闸北区家庭医生开展中医药服务的现状，为全面提升基层中医药服务能力提供可靠的科学依据。方法：2014年，采用自行设计的“家庭医生中医药服务调查表”对闸北区9家社区卫生服务中心的148位家庭医生进行调查。结果：130位(87.84%)家庭医生参加过中医药技能培训。109位非中医类别家庭医生中，工作中能开展中医药服务的有89位(81.65%)；开展中医体质辨识的有48位(44.03%)；开展的中医药服务项目主要有中医健康教育、中成药、敷贴、中医体质辨识。结论：制定家庭医生中医药服务规范是社区中医药服务可持续发展的保障。

Survey of the status quo of the traditional Chinese medicine service provided by the family doctors in Zhabei District

ABSTRACT Objective： To understand the status quo of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) service provided by the family doctors in Zhabei District to provide a reliable scientific basis for improving the TCM service ability at the grass-roots. Methods： In 2014， 148 family doctors in the nine community health service centers in Zhabei District were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire of “the TCM service provided by the family doctors”. Results： One hundred and thirty family doctors(87.84%) participated in the TCM skill training. In 109 non TCM family doctors， 89 (81.65%) could provide the TCM service， 48 (44.03%) provided the TCM constitution identification. The provided TCM service items mainly included the TCM health education， proprietary Chinese medicine， applicator， and TCM constitution identification. Conclusion： The development of the TCM service standards for the family doctors is a guarantee for the sustainable development of the TCM community service.

中医药是我国独具特色的卫生资源，其临床疗效确切、预防保健作用独特、治疗方式灵活多样、费用较为低廉，具有广泛的群众基础，深受城乡居民的欢迎[1]。2013年，上海市全面启动家庭医生制度工作，由家庭医生来承担社区居民健康“守门人”的职责[2]。社区家庭医生由中医类别医师和非中医类别医师组成，为社区签约居民提供防治结合的基本医疗服务和有针对性的健康管理服务[3]。随着人民生活水平的不断提高、健康意识和理念地不断增强及医疗保障制度地不断完善，城乡居民对家庭医生提供中医药服务提出了新的更高的要求[4]。本市根据国家卫生和计划生育委员会《基层中医药服务能力提升工程实施方案》，对社区非中医类别医师开展中医药知识和技能培训，允许非中医类别医师经过培训考核后开展中医适宜技术。目前以社区卫生服务中心为支撑的中医药服务网络已基本建成，中医药服务的设施设备基本齐全。为了能更好利用医生制服务平台，开展适合社区居民的中医药服务，我们对闸北区的148位家庭医生开展中医药服务工作进行了调查，结果如下。
1 对象与方法
1.1 对象
选择2014年闸北区9家社区卫生服务中心在职在岗的所有家庭医生为调查对象，共计148位。年龄在28～60岁；男性48人，占32.43%，女性100人，占67.57%；学历本科及以上112人，占75.67%；中级及以上职称111人，占75.00%；非中医类别家庭医生109人，占73.65%，中医类别家庭医生39人，占26.35%。
1.2 调查工具
采用自行设计的“家庭医生中医药服务调查表”，内容包括家庭医生性别、年龄、学历、职业类别、职称、参加中医药培训、中医药服务认知情况、中医药服务开展情况等问题。各单位项目负责人经过培训后，组织家庭医生自行填写问卷，共发放问卷148份，回收148份，回收率100.00%。, 百拇医药(黄斌 储珏)
