摘 要 1例小脑幕脑膜瘤切除术后患者发生了泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌所致颅内合并血流感染，经常规治疗方案治疗后疗效不佳。临床药师发挥专业特长，根据患者的感染部位、感染程度并结合药物的药效、药代动力学特性，适时调整抗感染治疗方案，取得了满意的疗效。

    A case report on the treatment of intracranial and bloodstream infection caused by extensively drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii

    ABSTRACT One patient with intracranial and bloodstream infection caused by extensively drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii after excision of tentorial meningioma did not have positive response to the conventional medication. The clinical pharmacists took advantage of their expertise to adjust the regimen and got satisfactory results based on the site and degree of the infection and the pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic characteristics of the antibacterial agents. ......
