甲状腺癌规范化治疗基础上的个体化处理(1)
摘 要 近年来，迅速增加的甲状腺癌发病率使甲状腺手术量大幅增加。但由于历史和客观原因，目前甲状腺手术，无论是甲状腺腺叶的切除量，还是颈部淋巴结的清扫范围，均存在许多不规范之处。本文结合国内外指南和临床经验，论述甲状腺癌手术的规范化操作和在此基础上的个体化处理建议。
