摘 要 近年来，胆管癌的全球发病率持续增高。依据发生部位不同，胆管癌可被分为肝内、肝门部和远端胆管癌3种亚型，其中肝内和肝门部胆管癌均曾一度被认为是肝移植术治疗的禁忌证。不过，随着医学和新辅助治疗的发展，上述2种亚型胆管癌患者现亦有望接受肝移植术治疗了。本文通过文献复习并结合笔者经验，就肝移植术在胆管恶性肿瘤外科治疗中的应用现状和研究进展作一概要介绍。
