    摘 要 目的：运用微信公众平台，推广线上药学服务的新模式。方法：建立微信公众平台维护团队，通过平台群发功能进行原创文章的推送与授权文章的转载，及时提供相应的用药指导及答疑。结果：微信公众号累计关注人数超13 000人，图文总阅读次数累计超13万次，获医院 “十佳医学科普公众号”表彰，并被推荐入驻澎湃澎客平台。结论：借助新媒体的优势，实现药师药学服务的转型，持续为患者提供优质便捷的药学服务。

    Practice and discussion on promoting online pharmaceutical care mode through WeChat public platform
