    摘 要 目的：评价某院专项点评对Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物的效果。方法：随机抽取该院2018年至2019年772份有效Ⅰ类切口手术病例，进行回顾性调查，分析用药合理性，评价专项点评效果。结果：通过专项点评后抗菌药物使用率下降，药物品种选择及用法用量更加合理。772例病例中，2018年、2019年抗菌药使用率分别为60.80%、43.85%，无联合用药情况，药物选择不合理率分别为26.45%、7.93%。主要不合理类型：给药时机、用药疗程、药物品种选择、用药剂量等。结论：通过对Ⅰ类切口手术开展专项点评，更加规范了抗菌药物的预防性应用。

    Analysis of the impact of special reviews on the use of prophylactic antibacterials in type Ⅰ incisions operation

    ABSTRACT Objective： To evaluate the effect of special reviews on the prophylactic antibacterial use in type Ⅰ incision operation. Methods： Data from 772 cases of effective sacral incision operations randomly selected from 2018 to 2019 were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the effect of special reviews. Results： The use of antimicrobials was decreased by specific reviews and their variety selection and usage were more reasonable.
