    摘 要 目的：分析良性前列腺增生患者的药物治疗情况，促进临床合理用药。方法：以2018年1月—2019年12月在本院出院的215例良性前列腺增生患者为研究对象，对其一般情况、临床诊断、药物治疗情况等进行回顾性分析。结果：215例患者均为男性，平均年龄为(69.75±9.07)岁，其中193例(89.77%)患者合并有其他疾病。所有患者经治疗后均痊愈或好转，平均住院时间为(9.31±5.02)d，其中154例(71.63%)采用手术治疗，61例(28.37%)采用保守治疗。病历点评发现，有42例(19.53%)存在不合理用药现象，涉及抗菌药物(19例)、前列腺增生用药(11例)、镇痛药物(8例)及质子泵抑制剂(4例)等。 结论：医院的合理用药方面尚存在诸多不足之处，对此应加强监管。

    Analysis of drug therapy for 215 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

    ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the drug therapy for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia， so as to promote rational drug use. Methods： A total of 215 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia discharged from our hospital during January 2018 to December 2019 were selected， and their general situation， clinical diagnosis and drug therapy were retrospectively analyzed. Results： All the patients were male， at an average age of (69.75±9.07) years， and 89.77% (193/215) of whom were associated with other diseases. A total of 154 patients (71.63%) received surgical treatment while 61 patients (28.37%) received conservative treatment. All the patients were recovered or improved after treatment and the average length of hospital stay was(9.31±5.02) days. There were 42 cases (19.53%) of unreasonable drug use ......
