    摘 要 目的：通过对临床药师参与的1例老年肾周脓肿患者的治疗过程进行回顾性分析，分享肾周脓肿患者的药物治疗经验。方法与结果：临床药师积极参与抗感染方案的制定与调整，密切监测患者临床症状、炎性指标的变化，监测药物不良反应，对患者维持血糖稳定、纠正低白蛋白血症提出合理化建议，治疗效果好，患者出院。结论：肾周脓肿起病急，病情重，临床药师应结合患者情况，提供个体化药学服务，促进患者康复。

    Pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacist for patients with perirenal abscess

    ABSTRACT Objective： To retrospectively analyze the pharmaceutical care for an elderly patient with perirenal abscess and shared its drug treatment experience. Methods & Results： Clinical pharmacists actively participated in the formulation and adjustment of anti-infection scheme， closely monitored the changes of clinical symptoms and inflammatory indexes， paid attention to the adverse drug reactions and put forward reasonable suggestions for maintaining blood glucose stability and correcting hypoalbuminemia. The treatment effect was good and the patient was discharged. Conclusion： The onset of perirenal abscess is acute and severe.
