分子生物技术在川贝母鉴别中的应用展望
喻莹 陈建伟 陈志禹摘 要 川贝母是中国最常用的化痰止咳贵重药草,贝母属植物种类繁多,各种属来源复杂,川贝母与其混伪品之间鉴别困难,近年来分子生物技术在川贝母鉴定中开始了大规模的应用研究,如PCR-RFLP、PCR-RAPD、SSR、PCRISSR、qPCR、DNA条形码、SNP、PCR-AFLP等技术的应用,并且展现出较好的应用前景。
