    摘 要 目的：探讨不同质量浓度的PM2.5对老年高血压患者血清白细胞介素-6水平的影响，为老年高血压合理治疗提供理论依据。方法：选取2018年2—10月在上海市第四康复医院呼吸康复科住院治疗的80例老年高血压患者作为研究对象，记录患者入院时的PM2.5质量浓度，并以此质量浓度将患者分为PM2.5正常组(PM2.5115 μg/m3，40例)。通过酶联免疫吸附法检测患者血清白细胞介素-6水平，分析不同质量浓度的PM2.5对患者血清白细胞介素-6水平的影响。结果：3组患者的血清白细胞介素-6水平间存在显著差异(P均115 μg/m3). The serum levels of interleukin-6 in the patients were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to explore their influence on serum interleukin-6 level in the patients with hypertension. Results： There were significant differences among the three groups in the levels of interleukin-6 (P<0.05).
