    摘 要 银屑病病程长、易反复。“从血论治”银屑病思路治疗寻常型银屑病血热型效果确切、副作用小。而银屑病血热型相当于银屑病的进行期，是银屑病病程中的重要阶段。本文通过检索中国知网中相关文献，阐述通过中医凉血法，中药治疗及中药联合中医特色疗法对银屑病血热型的治疗应用现状，以期更好地进行临床辨证施治，提高该病治疗效果。

    ABSTRACT Psoriasis takes quite a long time to be cured and is typically recurrent. The treatment with blood-heat type of psoriasis vulgaris， by following the therapeutic philosophies of “treating by solving disorders of blood system” can achieve good curative effects with few adverse reactions.
