    摘 要 探讨高月求教授运用“自免方”治疗原发性胆汁性胆管炎的临床经验。“自免方”在滋阴柔肝经典方——一贯煎的基础上用佛手取代川楝子，并增加炒白术健脾益气，蛇舌草、豨莶草清热利湿，全方共奏滋补肝肾、疏肝理气、补血益气、清热利湿之效，主治肝肾阴虚之证。

    Professor GAO yueqius clinical experience in the treatment of PBC with Zi Mian Recipe

    ABSTRACT The clinical experience of Professor GAO Yueqiu in the treatment of primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) with Zi Mian Recipe was discussed. On the basis of Yi Guan Jian， one of the classic decoctions for nourishing Yin and softening liver in traditional Chinese Medicine， Chuan Lian Zi (Toosendan) was replaced with Fo Shou (Bergamot)， and furthermore fried Bai Zhu (Rhizoma Atractylodes Macrocephala) and both She She Cao (Hedyotis Diffusa) and Xi Xian Cao (Siegesbeckiae Herba) were added for invigorating the spleen and replenishing Qi and clearing away heat and promoting diuresis in Zi Mian Recipe ......
