    摘 要 临床药师在1例胃癌术后十二指肠残端瘘合并吸入性肺炎患者的治疗过程中，积极参与抗感染方案的制定与调整，密切监测患者临床症状、炎性指标的变化，对患者的发热原因进行分析，指导患者正确使用雾化吸入装置并积极促进会厌功能恢复，最终患者的病情得到了控制，治疗效果较好，体现了临床药师的服务价值。

    Clinical pharmacists participate in the pharmaceutical practice of the treatment of a patient with duodenal stump fistula complicated with aspiration pneumonia after gastric cancer surgery*

    ABSTRACT During the treatment of a patient with duodenal stump fistula complicated with aspiration pneumonia after gastric cancer surgery， clinical pharmacists actively participated in the formulation and adjustment of anti-infection scheme， closely monitored the changes of clinical symptoms and inflammatory indexes， analyzed the causes of fever， guided the patients to correctly use the atomization inhalation device and actively promote the recovery of epiglottis function. The treatment effect was good and the patients condition was controlled and she finally was discharged ......
