松花粉中柚皮素HPLC含量测定方法研究

    摘 要 目的:建立松花粉中柚皮素HPLC法测定方法,提高松花粉质量标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定柚皮素含量,以甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(45∶55)为流动相,检测波长为288 nm测定柚皮素的含量。结果:柚皮素质量浓度在10.0~216.0 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率99.26% ,RSD为1.04%(n=9)。运用该方法测得12批次不同产地的松花粉中柚皮素含量在0.13%~0.27%之间。结论:建立的HPLC分析方法操作简便、快速、专属性强、重复性好,可作为该松花粉的质量控制方法。

    Study on an HPLC method for the determination of naringenin content in pini pollen*

    ABSTRACT Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of pini pollen naringenin to improve its quality standard. Methods: The content of naringenin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) at 288 nm using methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (45:55) as mobile phase. Results: The standard curve of naringenin showed good linearity in the range of 10.0-216.0 μg/ml (r=1.000 0). The average recovery was 99.26% with RSD 1.04% (n=9). The contents of naringenin in 12 batches of pini pollen from different origins were in the range of 0.13%-0.27%. Conclusion: The established HPLC method is simple ......
