    摘 要 当归是临床常用的一味补血活血中药，主要含挥发油、多糖、氨基酸、有机酸和黄酮等多种有机成分。本文简述了当归多种主要化学成分的提取方法及活性研究，解析其不同的药理作用对机体九大系统的影响，以保证当归的用药安全性和有效性，为当归的临床应用提供依据和参考。

    The research progress in the methods for the extraction of the medicinal ingredients from Angelica sinensis and their activity*

    ABSTRACT Angelica sinensis is a traditional Chinese medicine for enriching and activating blood circulation， which is commonly used in clinic. Chemical constituents in Angelica sinensis include volatile oil， polysaccharides， amino acids， organic acids and flavonoids. The methods for the extraction of medicinal ingredients from Angelica sinensis and the studies on their activity are summarized， and the impact of pharmacological effect on the nine systems of the human body is discussed so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of Angelica sinensis and provide the theory and reference for its clinical application. ......
