    摘 要 本文介绍了上海市某三级甲等传染病定点收治医疗机构应对新冠肺炎救治的实战经验，对患者收治全流程管理、同质化管理等各项管理举措进行了总结。本文认为传染病医院应当进一步完善学科建设，建立综合救治能力强的医疗队伍，合理规划临床救治布局，及早引入心理干预机制，构建全方位应急救治医务管理体系，确保医疗质量与医疗安全。
