    摘 要 随着居民生活方式的改变和人口老龄化的进程，高尿酸血症的发病率逐渐上升，社区老年高尿酸血症患者的生活质量受到严重威胁。国内外的研究进展提示非药物干预对社区老年高尿酸血症患者的生活质量具有明显的改善作用。本文拟对社区老年高尿酸血症的非药物干预予以回顾。

    Research progress of non-pharmaceutical intervention on quality of life of elderly patients with hyperuricemia in the community

    ABSTRACT The incidence of hyperuricemia (HUA) increases gradually with the changes of residents lifestyle and the aging process of population， and the quality of life of elderly HUA patients in the community is seriously threatened. Research progress at home and abroad suggests that non-pharmaceutical intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of elderly HUA patients in the community. This paper intends to review the non-pharmaceutical intervention on elderly HUA in the community.
