    摘 要 孕产妇的心理健康问题已然是全球公共卫生问题，国内报道产后抑郁率为7.3%～34.9%，整个妊娠期抑郁发生率约为15%～25%，上海产后抑郁发生率约为10.9%，且有逐年上升趋势，严重危害孕产妇的健康。与孕产妇系统管理网络体系相比较，孕产妇心理健康服务体系仍有待完善。通过对当前上海市孕产妇心理健康服务体系的现况进行阐述分析，剖析存在的问题并提出相关工作建议，供有关同行和部门参考。
