    摘 要 目的：分析不同严重程度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)夜间血压波动特点。方法：选取100例OSAHS患者，依据血氧饱和度(SaO2)值与呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)分为轻度组(n=40)、中度组(n=36)和重度组(n=24)。比较3组睡眠参数及血压参数，分析不同严重程度OSAHS患者夜间血压波动特点。结果：经Pearson分析，OSAHS患者的AHI、ODI、MAI、TST90与△BP、血压波动频次呈正相关(r>0，P<0.05)，LSpO2、MSpO2与△BP、血压波动频次呈负相关(r<0，P<0.05)；经线性回归分析显示，中重度OSAHS与夜间血压波动有关(P<0.05)。结论：OSAHS患者夜间血压波动与病情严重程度具有密切相关。

    Characteristics of nocturnal blood pressure fluctuation in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome with different severity
