    摘 要 目的：分析我院门诊中药处方不合理用药情况及对策研究。方法：2017年1月—2018年9月期间随机每月抽取门诊中药处方50张，共1 050张，对其进行分析以及点评。结果：抽取的1 050张处方中，不合理处方共计89张(8.48%)，其中辨证不足17张(19.10%)所占比重最大；89张不合理处方中内科18张(20.22%)所占比重最大；中医执业医师开具26张(29.21%)，西医执业医师开具63例(70.79%)。结论：根据我院门诊不合理中药处方调查与分析，应定期开展医师尤其是西医医师的理论与实践培训，加强临床合理用药监管力度。
