    摘 要 目的：探讨艾地苯醌聯合丁苯酞注射液治疗进展性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：纳入2019年1月—2020年12月江西省宜春市人民医院接诊的进展性脑梗死患者82例。按照随机数字表对照法分为两组，每组41例。对照组给予艾地苯醌治疗，30 mg/次，3次/d。观察组在对照组基础上联合丁苯酞静脉滴注100 mL，2次/d。两组均治疗10 d。观察美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数、修正Rankin量表(mRS)评分、凝血功能、疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组干预后NIHSS评分、mRS评分均低于干预前和对照组(P<0.05)，Barthel指数则高于干预前和对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time，PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time，APTT)和凝血酶时间(thrombin time，TT)均高于干预前和对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%，高于对照组的65.85%(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组不良反应发生情况对比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：艾地苯醌联合丁苯酞注射液治疗进展性脑梗死效果较好，能够较好地改善患者NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、mRS评分及凝血功能，提高治疗效果，且不增加不良反应。
