    摘 要 目的：探讨中药护瘘贴改善血液透析患者动静脉内瘘功能的临床疗效。方法：选取60例自体动静脉内瘘的尿毒症血液透析患者分为研究组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。研究组予以护瘘贴贴敷疗法，常规组予以基础治疗，均于非透析日实施，连续治疗3个月，观察动静脉内瘘并发症的发生情况，分析中医症候积分及心理状态评分等情况。结果：研究组血液透析中泵控血流量高于对照组，中医症候积分及心理状态评分低于對照组，动静脉内瘘功能并发症发生情况明显较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论：中药护瘘贴可减少尿毒症患者动静脉内瘘功能的并发症，可以在延长终末期肾病维持性透析患者生存时间的同时提高患者生活质量，具有一定的临床实用价值。

    ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the clinical effect of fistula protection patch made of traditional Chinese medicine on the improvement of the function of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients with fistula. Methods： Sixty uremic hemodialysis patients with autologous arteriovenous fistula were selected and divided into a study group (n=30) and a control group (n=30).
