环状RNA的分类、特征、功能及在胃癌诊疗中的作用
朱飞龙 孔姗 鞠少卿摘 要 环状RNA是一类通过反向剪接方式形成的具有稳定闭合环状的内源性非编码RNA分子,其具有稳定的结构和高度的保守性,这些是其在不同生物中发挥重要作用的基础。胃癌是起源于胃黏膜上皮的常见恶性肿瘤,具有发病率高、发病机制复杂等特点。目前研究已证实环状RNA可以作为miRNA海绵体、与蛋白质相互作用以及调节基因表达等功能,从而参与多种疾病的发生发展。本文就环状RNA的分子特征、作用机制及其与胃癌的关系,以及环状RNA作为胃癌早期诊断、预后评估、靶向治疗的生物标志物的潜力进行综述。
