    摘 要 目的：探讨临床药师对妇科术后并发急性肺栓塞患者的药学监护作用。方法：临床药师参与1例妇科手术后并发急性肺栓塞的抗凝治疗，根据患者病情变化情况，提出用药建议，调整用药剂量，并对患者进行全程药学监护。结果：患者经抗凝治疗后症状得到好转，各项检查指标基本恢复至正常范围。结论：临床药师积极参与临床治疗，发挥专业特长，为临床医生提供用药建议，以保证患者用药安全和有效。
