    摘 要 目的：探讨紫杉醇复合顺铂同步放疗盆腔淋巴结阳性Ⅲ期宫颈癌的治疗效果。方法：将80例盆腔淋巴结阳性Ⅲ期宫颈癌患者随机分入对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予以顺铂同步放疗治疗，观察组予以紫杉醇复合顺铂同步放疗治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效以及发生的不良反应情况。结果：观察组患者的临床疗效，不良反应发生率，随访3年的生存、复发、转移情况优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论：紫杉醇复合顺铂同步放疗治疗盆腔淋巴结阳性Ⅲ期宫颈癌具有较好的成效，值得临床进一步试验。

    Efficacy of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in concurrent radiotherapy for pelvic lymph node-positive stage Ⅲ cervical cancer

    ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effect of concurrent radiotherapy with paclitaxel and cisplatin for pelvic lymph node-positive stageⅢ cervical cancer.
