    摘 要 目的：优化临床合理用药智能管理系统(以下简称用药管理系统)中知识库自维护方法，以提高药师工作的效率和效果。方法：对用药管理系统运行中存在的药品使用规则维护操作步骤繁琐、处方药品用法用量审核假阴性等问题进行分析，并作相关改进。结果与结论：经优化用药管理系统中知识库自维护方法，药师维护新增药品使用规则的工作效率提高4.97倍，处方药品用法用量审核假阴性率由3.83%降至0.67%，为临床合理用药提供了保障。
