摘 要 目的：探讨四君子汤加减联合桂枝茯苓丸对子宫肌瘤患者激素水平、免疫功能及血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法：将141例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为对照组(n=70)和观察组(n=71)，对照组采用西医常规治疗，观察组在此基础上给以四君子汤加减和桂枝茯苓丸的联合治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率和免疫功能指标高于对照组；激素水平、VEGF以及CA125的表达水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论：四君子汤加减联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤可有效改善患者的免疫功能和激素水平，下调CA125和VEGF的表达。
