    摘 要 目的：探讨苏子降气汤联合康复呼吸训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能的影响。方法：将COPD稳定期患者随机分为对照组(n=69)和观察组(n=70)，对照组采用噻托溴铵联合康复呼吸训练治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给以苏子降气汤治疗，比较两组临床疗效和肺功能改善情况。结果：观察组总有效率、肺功能指标、血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压以及6 min步行测试距离均高于对照组；呼吸功能、生活质量评分和二氧化碳分压均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论：苏子降气汤联合康复呼吸训练治疗COPD能有效改善患者肺功能和呼吸功能。
